§ 38-64. Indecent exposure.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in any public place or in view of the public wearing pants or shorts below the waist, which exposes the skin or undergarments.

(b)

Any person violating the provision of this section shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than $50.00 and not more than $250.00 and be ordered to perform not less than 20 hours or more than 80 hours of community service.
